TO ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF TILDEN TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY:
FRHP Lincolnshire, LLC, doing business as Gander RV (“Applicant”), whose property is located at 20 Industrial Drive, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in a commercial district, has applied for a variance from the Tilden Township Zoning Ordinance to install a flagpole 130 feet in height.
Hearing on the application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on March 18, 2021 at the Tilden Township Municipal Building, 874 Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA. You may attend and shall be heard.
Any person wishing to attend who requires an auxiliary aid or service should contact the Township office at 610-562-7410 not less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.

The Board of Supervisors Workshop meeting for Friday, February 5, 2021 is canceled.
Community Survey
The Northern Berks municipalities (Hamburg Borough, Perry Township, Shoemakersville Borough, Tilden Township, Upper Bern Township, Upper Tulpehocken Township, and Windsor Township) have started the process of updating their existing regional joint comprehensive plan of 2005.
The planning committee in conjunction with the Hamburg Area School District and the Berks County Planning Commission would like to solicit input from you regarding what you view as important for the region moving forward into the future. Your feedback is important!

Tilden Township has the following positions available for 2021:
Planning Commission Secretary – $185.00/month
Emergency Management Coordinator (requires certifications)
Applications can be picked up at the Township office or call 610-562-7410 and the application can be sent via email. Completed applications need to be submitted no later than December 4th.
