TMBC, LLC, doing business as Cabela’s (“Applicant”), whose property is located at 100 Cabela Drive, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in a commercial district, has applied for a variance and relief from the Tilden Township Zoning Ordinance to modify conditions imposed as part of a special exception previously issued to the Applicant by the Tilden Township Zoning Hearing Board to allow repair of vehicles purchased at Applicant’s other store locations at Applicant’s property located at 100 Cabela Drive in Tilden Township.
Hearing on the application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on May 6, 2021 at the Tilden Township Municipal Building, 874 Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA. You may attend and shall be heard.
Any person wishing to attend who requires an auxiliary aid or service should contact the Township office at 610-562-7410 not less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
