TO ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF TILDEN TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY:
Pastor Alex W. DuBee and the Pennsylvania Conference of Seventh Day Adventist, whose property is located at 22 Willow Road, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in an R-2 residential district, have applied for a variance from and a special exception pursuant to the Tilden Township Zoning Ordinance to install a double-sided LED sign on the subject property.
Hearing on the application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on June 25, 2020 at the Tilden Township Municipal Building, 874 Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA. You may attend and shall be heard.
Any person wishing to attend who requires an auxiliary aid or service should contact the Township office at 610-562-7410 not less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
