TO ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF TILDEN TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY:
Heather Kuhn and Dustin Kuhn, whose property is located at the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Diamond Drive in Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in a residential district, have applied for a variance from and a special exception pursuant to the Tilden Township Zoning Ordinance to construct a single family, one-story home.
Hearing on the application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 22, 2020 at the Tilden Township Municipal Building, 874 Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA. You may attend and shall be heard.
Any person wishing to attend who requires an auxiliary aid or service should contact the Township office at 610-562-7410 not less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
