TO ALL RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF
TILDEN TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY:
TH Hamburg Properties, LLC and Kelly Toyota of Hamburg, whose property is located at 41 Industrial Drive, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in a commercial district, have applied for a variance from the Tilden Township Zoning Ordinance to install signs.
Hearing on the application will be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021 at the Tilden Township Municipal Building, 874 Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA. You may attend and shall be heard.
Any person wishing to attend who requires an auxiliary aid or service should contact the Township Office 610-562-7410 not less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
